Next, we'll take a tour of the property and, if possible, meet with you, getting a better idea of what possible solutions we can offer you.
At this point, we will give you a cash offer on your property and if you are comfortable, we can sign a "purchase and sale" document and send the property information to title company to start the escrow and closing process.
Step 3: Closing
Finally, we will close on the property, transferring ownership over to our company and you are forever 100% free of the property!
You will receive a cashier's check (or bank transfer, if you prefer) at closing from the Title Company that you can do whatever you want with!
